The construction work for the thermal envelope, phase 1.b, was completed in June 2025. As of the date of this note, accessibility, phase 1.a, has also been completed. Both projects have received subsidies. On the one hand, the thermal envelope was executed with funds from the subsidy granted by the Ministry for Ecological Transition and Demographic Challenge in 2023, Order TED 1358/2021, of December 1, for an amount of €165,629.92 under the Public Infrastructure Utilization line for improving the tourist-commercial competitiveness of the locality. On the other hand, accessibility was funded through an agreement with Cederna Garalur, using funds from the Destination Tourism Sustainability Plan for the Sangüesa and Pre-Pyrenees region, totaling €217,591.99. This amount is financed by the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism (RRM), included within the NextGenerationEU financial instrument, the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, under investment line Component 14 “Modernization and Competitiveness Plan for the Tourism Sector”, specifically investment nº1 “Transformation of the tourism model towards sustainability”, Sub-measure 2: “Destination Tourism Sustainability Plans” for transformative actions in the tourism sector in the areas of green transition, digital transition, and improvement of tourism competitiveness.
The entirety of phase 1 of the execution project was awarded through a negotiated procedure to “FLORENCIO SUESCUN CONSTRUCCIONES, S.L.”, and the administrative contract for the execution of the REHABILITATION OF THE ESLAVA TERRITORY HUB BUILDING: ACCESSIBILITY (PHASE 1.A) AND THERMAL ENVELOPE (PHASE 1.B) works was signed for a Material Execution Budget of THREE HUNDRED THIRTEEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED FIVE EUROS AND SEVENTY-SIX CENTS (€313,505.76) PLUS 21% VAT (€65,836.21), resulting in a total price of THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY-NINE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FORTY-ONE EUROS AND NINETY-SEVEN CENTS OF A EURO (€379,341.97), subject to the execution project “REHABILITATION OF THE ESLAVA TERRITORY HUB BUILDING” drafted by DG ARQUITECTURA SCP, and under their technical supervision.
